A couple weeks ago, I fell and hurt my back. I must say i thought I might be fine, however a couple days later I was still in quiet some pain. I made a decision to attend the chiropractor who fixed me up then recommended a masseuse for massage. - day spa austin

That same day I'd my first massage. Not just that feel nice, but it allowed me to unwind the muscles in my back and actually feel somewhat normal. The therapist wanted me to come in certain times every week until my back begun to feel superior.

I seriously enjoyed my massage therapy sessions. I knew as time passes my back was healing, however with massage, it have also been healing so quickly. Also i realized that I had been sleeping better and feeling better overall together with the massages.

Even after my back was back to normal, I made the decision to keep having regular massages. I didn't go nearly as often, however i knew it had become still beneficial. My joints and muscles felt much better, I became capable of sleep better than I had in a long time, plus I felt far healthier since having my massage. - day spa austin
